By creating a KnightHope account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. KnightHope is a school-based mental health risk screening tool for Junior High School students of Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, used to support — not replace — professional counseling.
2. Your assessment responses, scores, and chatbot conversations will be visible to your school's Guidance Counselors and SSD Admin for the purpose of student welfare and support.
3. Information you provide is processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Your data will be kept confidential and used only for counseling, reporting, and system improvement purposes.
4. In cases of high assessment risk results, your assigned counselor may reach out to you or a trusted adult to offer support.
5. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting the SSD office, subject to applicable retention requirements.
